ICT can enable individuals and communities to participate in the national and global issues.I indulge in some of those activities just like government surveys online and propagate important informations and issues about the country.As a student I also use ICT as my second medium for my studies.I even use ICT for making digital activities such as making videos, blog, post, websites and even creating art.
ICT allowed me to be part of the social movement by the use of social media. ICT broadcast its messages across the network to let people socialize and I am part of it.I benifit from ICT from gathering informations to making social changes by proposing advocacies. Digital commerce make a huge change in aspects of communication.
ICT makes us near even though we are miles apart .Technology change our lives and empower us to take actions that can financially, socially, and politically benefit the entire world.
One of the negative effect of ICT is the spread of fake news in social media.Fake news become one of the most dangerous elements of social informations.In any means, we should propose greater critical awareness among the public of how to use ICT in the right way and avoid providing and sharing false informations.
Today, some misleading informations are made to look like fact -based news stories in order to influence the community so we should be fully aware about that. We need to be vigilant to protect our freedom of legitimate news and informations.
